About

Find your inner core.

The name Yoga Core came to me from the insight of the importance of our physical core strength and our true real self. At Yoga Core, I am delighted to share the ancient wisdom found in yoga, self acceptance, mindfulness, relaxation and absolute joy of movement. I teach Hatha yoga that includes breathing practice, yoga poses (asanas), guided relaxation and meditation. The Yoga Core Studio is home to all levels of practitioners, recognizing that each individual has their own unique body and path to follow. Face to Face classes

Face to face classes take place in our beautifully renovated yoga barn studio at Oldfield Farm in Heswall. I design our classes to be enjoyable and empowering, combining asanas (yoga poses), breathing techniques and guided relaxation. You are likely to leave the studio relaxed, but energised!
