Group class
The Joys of Yoga
Awaken and align your body with this rejuvenating 60 minute yoga session. We will focus on strength, flexibility and breathing, and you will leave feeling relaxed, balanced and energised. Blocks and straps will be available, but you are welcome to bring your own props. Please always bring your own yoga mat and water.
Each class is £9.00 or book a block of six classes for £50.00

Private one to one class
Aligning With Yourself
Connect with your body and mind with a tailored and attentive to your personal needs 60 minute yoga session. The class is very relaxed and focuses on your personal goals and aims to leave you feeling fulfilled and balanced.
The one to one class is ideal for those students who feel unsure about joining a group yoga class, complete beginners, those who would like to practice on a personalised schedule and/or work on in-depth practice. Please bring your mat and water. Other props will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. You will thank yourself for joining us!

One to two class
Yoga Is Self Care
Private class with yoga instructor for two students. An excellent option if you would like to attend your yoga class with your friend, partner etc for company or to celebrate a special occasion or to work together on wellbeing. The relaxed, customised 60 minute class will leave you both feeling balanced and energised. Please bring your yoga mats and water. Other props will be provided, or you are welcome to bring your own.
£45 per session for 2 people
